Return and Refund policy
Refunds: We offer a full 90 days to return an item and receive a full refund. No quibbles. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. (We understand it may have been opened to verify the contents). You do not need a receipt or proof of purchase as we have a record of all transactions.
To start a return contact us at email@example.com . We will send you instructions within 24 hours on what you need to do.
Within 24 hours or receiving the returned item, we will inspect it, confirm approval and automatically refund the full cost using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or in the unlikely event you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exchanges: There are no exchanges, just full refunds. Keeps it simple!
